Please note our new location is just west of the Hoffman Estates High School on West Higgins Rd. Our building is set back behind a tire store at 1220 W Higgins rd. Our building is in between the high school to the east and another doctors building with a sign reading “Urgent Care.” Currently, we do not have a permanent sign out front of the building but there is a temporary sign that says 1220.

To Hoffman Estates Westbound from Chicago:

  1. Head south on S Federal St toward W Van Buren St (0.2 mi)
  2. Turn right onto W Congress Pkwy (0.6 mi)
  3. Take the exit onto I-90 W/I-94 W toward Wisconsin (8.3 mi)
  4. Slight left onto I-90 W (signs for Interstate 90 W/Kennedy Expressway/O’Hare/Rockford) Partial toll road (18.8 mi)
  5. Take the Roselle Rd exit – Toll road (0.4 mi)
  6. Turn left onto N Roselle Rd (1.0 mi)
  7. Turn right onto W Golf Rd (0.8 mi)
  8. Slight right onto W Higgins Rd (1.1 mi)

Eastbound from Rockford:

  1. Head southeast on W State St toward S Wyman St (0.4 mi)
  2. Turn right onto S 2nd St (397 ft)
  3. Take the 1st left onto Walnut St (0.1 mi)
  4. Take the 1st right onto Kishwaukee St (2.0 mi)
  5. Turn left onto Harrison Ave (0.7 mi)
  6. Turn right onto 11th St (1.0 mi)
  7. Turn left to stay on 11th St (0.3 mi)
  8. Merge onto US-20 E via the ramp to Belvidere (3.7 mi)
  9. Continue onto I-39 N (2.9 mi)
